Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment:

• All appointments must be booked and paid for in advance.

• Payment for services rendered must be made at the time of booking the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges.

• If cancellation or rescheduling is requested within 12 to 48 hours before the appointment, a rescheduling option will be provided, but no refund will be issued.

• No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

• Failure to attend the appointment, whether in person or via remote communication channels (such as phone or Zoom), without prior cancellation or rescheduling, will result in forfeiture of the appointment and any associated fees.

 

Late Arrivals:

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with no adjustment to the fees charged.

Scope of Services:

• Services provided by Jenny, including psychic medium readings, tarot readings, and oracle card readings, are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.

 

• Jenny does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional assistance for such matters.

 

Confidentiality:

• Jenny respects the privacy and confidentiality of her clients. All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

 

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following a reading with Jenny.

• It is understood that the interpretations and insights provided by Jenny are subjective and should be considered as guidance rather than absolute truth.

 

Code of Conduct:

• Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions with Jenny.

• Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided.

 

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

• All content provided by Jenny, including but not limited to written materials, recordings, and graphics, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of Jenny's content without prior written consent.

• Jenny disclaims any liability for decisions made by clients based on information received during sessions.

• Clients engage Jenny's services at their own risk, understanding that psychic readings are subjective and should not replace professional advice where appropriate.

 

By booking an appointment with Jenny, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated or amended by Jenny at any time without prior notice.
